The meeting and special events spaces can accommodate groups of 10 to 1,200.
Proof of the Pudding caters all parties and events at the Carter Presidential Center – from meetings with African dignitaries and a reception for former Soviet leader Gorbachev to corporate and private events and often prepares meals for former President and Mrs. Carter and their guests. Proof of the Pudding also operates the Copenhill Cafe, serving visitors and employees of the Carter Presidential Center on a daily basis.
