Each year, the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau honors individuals who have helped establish Atlanta as a premier destination for meetings and tourism. Our own founder, Phil Noyes, was inducted in 2016.
The 22nd annual awards were celebrated on October 20th at Savanna Hall at Zoo Atlanta. Proof’s team put together a dinner menu worthy of this year’s inductees.
- First course. Crispy salad mix with fried halloumi, mustard cornmeal crouton and sage dressing
- Second course. Swordfish medallion on spinach garlic sauté, coated in a coconut curry ragout
- Third course. Spaghetti squash soufflé, bourbon seasoned filet topped with mushroom ragout and crisp pastry lid
- Fourth course. Chilled orange soufflé with Dutch cocoa, chocolate pate with minted anglaise and a pistachio crepe with vanilla bean custard
