POP:  Alexandra, thanks for taking time to chat today! Share with us, what is the one piece of advice you would share with others at the beginning of their hospitality/catering career?
ALEXANDRA: Network, network, network. People say it all of the time, but it has helped me tremendously in my career!

POP: What values would you say have shaped your life?
ALEXANDRA:  Integrity, perseverance and kindness.

POP:  What was your favorite meal as a kid growing up?
ALEXANDRA:  My Dad’s spaghetti sauce!

POP:  Who in your life has influenced you the most?
ALEXANDRA:  My first boss, Keisha Carter. She pushed me out of my shell and helped me realize what I could become.

POP:  What is your favorite song lyric or inspirational quote?
ALEXANDRA:  “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible” – Walt Disney

POP: What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?
ALEXANDRA:  I worked at Walt Disney World for 2 years and it will always have a special place in my heart.
