POP: Hi Chef Charles – thanks so much for chatting with us today! For starters, what’s the one piece of advice you would share with others at the beginning of their career?
CHARLES: Believe in yourself and become an asset.
POP: What values have shaped your life?
CHARLES: Always be GENUINE.
POP: What was your favorite meal as a kid growing up?
CHARLES: Spaghetti, pizza and cheese burgers.
POP: Who has influenced you the most (in life and/or your career)?
CHARLES: My Mom.
POP: What is your favorite song lyric or inspirational quote?
CHARLES: Do unto others as they do unto you.
POP: What are some things that people would be surprised to learn about you?
CHARLES: I am a musical virtuoso, chef and an epicurean of exquisite things. I also love cats!
