As guests entered the event venue, they were greeted with a happy smile and the theme of “Summer in the City”. Little did they know what awaited them inside as they were met with delicious summer-inspired cuisine AND a fun holiday menu preview. We loved creating this delicious menu and working together with the amazing vendors that provided a beautiful backdrop to our cuisine.

Passed Hors d’Ouevres

  • Adobo Pulled Jackfruit Al Pastor Taco with Roasted Pineapple Salsa (vegan)
  • Shrimp and Avocado Tostada topped with Watermelon Radish Slaw
