At Proof of the Pudding, we express our gratitude to our clients in the best way we know how—through exceptional food! Recently, we hosted a mixer at 1175 to showcase some of our most delectable creations from our talented culinary team.
Guests enjoyed a diverse array of offerings, including wood-fired pizza, an assortment of passed hors d’oeuvres, and sweet treats like Coca-Cola ice cream sandwiches. Our food stations featured a variety of dishes, from savory ramen and fresh ceviche to juicy sliders and more. Crafting this eclectic menu and collaborating with amazing vendors to create a stunning backdrop for our cuisine was truly a joy.
