The 2022 President’s Cup at Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, NC was a true hit! With our trusted POP Stars coming together to create event magic at this tournament, including 94 support managers (operations, management, FOH, and Chefs), we could rest assured that attendees were taken care of. Our team served over 200 different clients across the course in 75 suites. With over 50,000 total hours worked collectively, it’s no wonder why we had some of these outstanding stats:

  • Served over 10,000 people on peak days
  • 259 BEOs for the event
  • 116 convection ovens used course wide
  • Served over 40,000 bottles of water

The best-in-class golfers from all over the world competed during this 5-day event while our Food & Beverage team created and served up the best-in-class food! In fact, 94 buffets were active at a single time across the golf course. And with 15,500 square feet of kitchen space and 7,100 square feet of refrigeration course-wide, our team served up some delicious items. Here are a few Green Mile Club menu highlights:
