We’re proud of our POPstars team after another successful Miami International Boat Show. From Wednesday, February 15 to Sunday, February 19, our POPstar team created delicious and memorable food experiences for attendees.
The thousands of guests in attendance enjoyed concessions, drinks and premium hospitality. Those who purchased VIP hospitality at the Winward Club delighted in refreshing dishes perfect for the Miami heat, including:
- Spinach, Tomato & Feta Frittata – Cage-Free Eggs, Baby Spinach, Vine Ripe Tomatoes
- Watermelon Cucumber Kimchi Salad – Watermelon, Kimchi Pickled Cucumbers, Feta, Baby Arugula, Shaved Red Onion, Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
- Lemon-Oregano Chicken Thighs – Roasted Tomato & Olive Orzo, Cucumber & Red Onion Salad
…and so much more! With a multitude of food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages, there were plenty of opportunities for networking and enjoying each other’s company. Overall, the boat show turned out to be another success for our POPstars team and all who attended. We look forward to 2024!
