Atlanta-based catering company Proof of the Pudding will feed more than 10,000 people at 23 events over the four days leading up to Super Bowl LIII at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Some of the food Proof will serve includes crab cakes, braised short ribs, and a special lemon-lime cupcake with a blueberry moonshine syrup. One of their events is nearly round-the-clock food service for players and coaches starting Jan. 29 through Saturday Feb. 2 at 200 Peachtree downtown, with offerings including a luncheon buffet of soups, salads, sandwiches and brownies.
