In February Proof of the Pudding’s sales and culinary team took on Las Vegas attending Catersource, the world’s premier conference and tradeshow for the catering and events industry. The team met with some of our industry’s top leaders in catering and event planning. They also immersed themselves in new products and trends demonstrated on the tradeshow floor, educational seminars and meet and greets – returning inspired and ready to apply fresh inspirations and ideas into each of our POP events!
The year’s tradeshow, located at the Las Vegas Convention Center, was filled with over 400 trendsetting exhibitors and sponsors, culinary competitions, world-class education, and delicious tastings. We enjoy staying on trend and learning new things and Catersource is a great way to learn and share what our industry is doing.
