BRIAN KACINKO has been hired on as the Executive Chef at the Douglasville Conference Center (DCC). Brian comes to Proof from the Metropolitan Club in Alpharetta where he was there for five years. He has always loved cooking for groups of people – catering comes naturally to him and it’s something he’s done a lot of in his culinary career. Since a young age learning from two great cooks in his family, Brian has had an interest in different cuisines and ingredients. He is very excited about joining the Proof family, getting to know and work along our DCC team and continuing to build on the already great relationships we have with our clients who make this all possible to begin with.
