With a new year comes new strategic changes to set Proof of the Pudding up for the best year ahead. LARRY LARSEN, Vice President of Operations, will now also be overseeing Proof’s Off-Premise Department.
Over the last several years, Larry has done a tremendous job traveling as part of our task force team, as well as acting as interim general manager for several new openings throughout the company. Larry will now oversee overall Off-Premise Operations, Warehousing and Logistics, Culinary and Off-Premise Sales and be responsible for the corporate headquarters 1175 facility. Chef DAVID STASIULIS (previous premium seating Executive Chef at Auburn University) has been promoted to the Executive Chef at Zoo Atlanta and is looking forward to this next step within Proof of the Pudding and the exciting opening of the new Savanna Hall venue in just a few short weeks. JEREMY CAMPBELL is thrilled to have joined Proof of the Pudding as the Director of Golf Operations. Jeremy has worked in the large event, sports and entertainment arena for the last 16 years and has been in food and hospitality since the young age of 12 – most recently spending the last year and a half in the professional golf world.
Jeremy resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia; however, he is a native New Englander, growing up on the beaches of Narragansett, Rhode Island. His wife, Diane, and he moved to Pennsylvania 16 years ago and have since put roots down and started their family. They have two beautiful daughters, Alexis (10) and Emma (7) and a handsome dog named Charlie.
Jeremy is passionate about our business and ensuring that our guests experiences are off the charts. He believes in innovation and creativity and looks forward to building a very successful future together with all of his new colleagues at POP. Chef BILL HOGAN has joined Proof of the Pudding as Executive Sous Chef in the off-premise division. Self-taught through extensive experience, Bill entered the restaurant industry in New York’s Hudson Valley, working in various independent restaurants in the quaint river villages, including Rhinebeck’s Starr Bar Café and the Zagat-rated Santa Fe Restaurant. In 1998, Bill moved to Miami to join CAFÉ TU TU TANGO – Coconut Grove as a sous chef. Within a year he was promoted to Executive Chef and played a primary role in the growth and development of the eclectic and creative concept. After leaving CAFÉ TU TU TANGO, Chef Bill served as Executive Chef at Hard Rock Cafe Miami, Shooters Waterfront Café, Restaurant 4140 in Ft. Lauderdale, and Chispa Restaurant in Doral, Florida. In 2007 he moved to Atlanta to open the CNN building location of Dantanna’s and was Executive Chef there and at their Buckhead location for ten years. Bill most recently worked with the coffee company Thrive, helping them develop a new coffeehouse concept, but has decided to get back to his real passion; making people happy through great food and great experiences. Chef DONALD INDA is proud to join our family as the new Executive Chef at Auburn University. Chef Don was born in Port Austin Michigan a very small town at the tip of the thumb. Don went to Culinary School at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan. Chef Don has been cooking and working in the restaurant business since he was 13 years old and has worked his way up from dishwasher to Executive Chef. Donald has a wife named Cassie and two boys Jack (13) and Dylan (9) and says that there is never a dull moment in his home. He states that being in the culinary business has allowed him to see the United States and has made him into the person that he is today. Chef Don looks forward to every opportunity that Proof of the Pudding has for him, and hopes to lead by example and make everyone on his team in Auburn very successful. CAITLIN MCRAE has joined Proof of the Pudding as Catering Sales Manager for Auburn University. After graduating from Troy University with a Multimedia Journalism and Public Relations degree, Caitlin jumped into the marketing world headfirst and moved to Birmingham, Alabama to pursue her career. After working in the marketing industry for two years Caitlin realized that something was missing and that she really wanted to give the food and beverage world a try. She landed her first hospitality roll at The Capital City Club in Montgomery, Alabama. From there she shifted into the hotel side of the industry with Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center as their Catering Coordinator – then accepted a promotion to Marriott Grand National Resort and Spa as their Catering Sales Manager. Caitlin is extremely passionate about catering and is beyond excited to join the POP team! She will be based in Auburn, Alabama focusing on Auburn University events. CHRISTINA CUMMINGS has joined Proof of the Pudding as Catering Sales Manager in the off-premise division. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a Business and a Hospitality degree, Christina quickly started a career in restaurant management. Soon she wanted to spread her wings and travel – accepting work in Little Cayman and Las Vegas. Christina is now back on the East Coast (Atlanta), pursuing events and off-premise catering. She enjoys working hands-on with clients, in beautiful venues, and the being a part of the process of creating delicious menus for various events. She is passionate about catering, and very excited to join the POPstar team! When not working, you will find her watching Atlanta Falcons football or playing with her dog, Halle Bear. ERIK MARTINEZ is now the Warehouse Manager for our Off-Premise Division. Erik was previously employed with Proof in a part-time capacity and worked primary at Mixology Partners at the World of Coca-Cola and in our Special Events Division. Erik is from Smyrna, GA. Erik has worked in the catering and design industry for 12 years, most recently as the Fleet Manager at Legendary Events and is excited to continue working in this industry with Proof of the Pudding. Chef MARLEE HORCHEN has joined our team as the Executive Chef for our Golf & Special Events Division. Marlee has worked in the professional golf world for 3 years and has been working as a chef doing large scale catering for nearly a decade. Marlee started cooking at a very young age with her mother and grandmother, and has been in the kitchen ever since. She attended school at the Pennsylvania College of Technology where she received her Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts and Systems Management. Marlee currently lives in Jackson Hole Wyoming and grew up in north-west Pennsylvania. She is extremely grateful for this opportunity to be working with such a warm and welcoming team of people and looks forward to seeing all that we can accomplish this year in the special events division! KRISTA LAMBRECTH joins Proof of the Pudding as Sales Account Executive for our Golf Divisions. After accepting the fact that she’s a foodie and food motivated, jumping into the food and beverage industry was a perfect fit. Krista’s mantra is “Good Food = Good Mood.” When she’s not on the road for work, you will find Krista struggling at her crossfit gym, hiking local trails, or binge watching Pixar movies. JENNA HANSEN joins Proof of the Pudding as the Senior Sales Account Executive for our Golf Division. Jenna’s worked in the golf industry for the past 5 years, and in the food and beverage industry for the last 10 years. Jenna shares that she’s looking forward to helping grow and foster the success of this new division. She’s passionate about establishing successful relationships with Proof’s vendors, clients, and the tournament staff. Jenna lives in Isanti, Minnesota (about a hour North of Minneapolis). SAMMY DAHLBERG joins the Proof team as Senior Staffing Manager for our Golf Division. A small town girl from Wisconsin, Sammy loves the traveling work life. She’s always had a heart for hospitality, and before joining the Proof team she spent 4 years in staffing events in the golf industry. When home, she enjoys spending time with her two black Labs (who are brothers), drinking good coffee, and adventuring through life with family and friends.
