Atlanta Business Chronicle: What have been your company’s growth strategies?

Adam Noyes: Take great care of your existing customers, create true partnerships, meaningful relationships, and trust. Those things are very different from the approaches of the industry’s national, more institutionalized providers, and that’s how we have differentiated ourselves.

Atlanta Business Chronicle: What are your future goals for your company?

Adam Noyes: Take amazing care of our employees. We are in the people business. You must have excellent food and great service, but none of that happens without a great team. Ensuring a great team helps first and foremost to support our ability to take great care of our current valued partners and help build toward future growth. Employee engagement, recognition, and retention are at the forefront.
