We are proud to announce a major move of our corporate headquarters to the west midtown facility named COMPLEX, operated by Third & Urban, an Atlanta based real estate development and investment firm. Proof of the Pudding will occupy 31,000 square feet and become operational by mid-year 2017. Proof of the Pudding’s President, Adam Noyes, shares “We are very excited to be relocating our Corporate Headquarters to Complex in West Atlanta. We have outgrown our current facility and this move will take our operation from 21,000 to 31,000 sq. ft., providing the footprint we need to continue to grow our business.”

The new facility will house our corporate office executives & associates who manage and support the venue management side of the business, as well as be the main hub for the company’s upscale event catering division and the staff who facilitates those events including sales, operations and culinary teams. Proof will build out a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, as well as elaborate tasting rooms, décor and event design showcase spaces. The design will incorporate unique architectural and experiential details where customers can come in and experience not only Proof’s delicious food and beverage offerings but also décor choices, linens, lighting, tables, chairs and even floral arrangements. Currently in the design and spec phase, this new, state-of-the-art space will serve as the command center for all of Proof of the Pudding’s culinary ventures – allowing much needed area for current growth and future business expansion.

West Midtown’s popular Chattahoochee Avenue district should prove to be a welcoming community for our established catering company. The entire Proof team is looking forward to putting their signature on this new and exciting blank canvas of the COMPLEX facility.
