Please welcome Michael Scott who has been hired as the Assistant Operations Director for Proof of the Pudding’s Off-Premise Division.
Michael has a unique set of skills and experiences ranging from architecture and design, to various expertise within the hospitality industry. After devoting some time on HGTV, Michael decided to merge his interests of planning and designing events. He has worked many different positions through the years years – at Dennis Dean Catering, he swiftly became General Operations Manager. In 2018, Michael began cultivating new ideas about his growth within the exciting event and catering industries.
