We’re proud to welcome DONTEZ J. PHERRIBO as General Manager with Trident Provisions at Duke University. In this role, Dontez manages Duke Athletic Training Table program; in addition to the campuses Blue Devil Tower, and Cameron’s indoor stadium Champions club premium catering program. Dontez is a qualified food services professional and holds a Business Services Degree from Strayer University. Dontez is no stranger to food services, having spent 13 years as a multi-unit Food Service Director at the University of North Carolina. Followed by 4 years as a Food Services Director with Compass Group in Business Services. Dontez spends his down time making memories with his 4-year-old son, Nicholas Pherribo, in outdoor adventures and family events. MARLENA JOHNSON has joined the full-time family as the Staffing Coordinator for our Off-Premise Division. Marlena was born in Warsaw, Poland, and graduated from the Warsaw School of Information Technology under the auspices of Polish Academy of Sciences. She began her career in the U.S. at Planet Hollywood, then later worked for a sports arena and part-time for Proof of the Pudding as an event coordinator and bartender. Marlena’s passion for new challenges then lead her on a different career path as a lead restoration technician. After a few years of working construction, Marlena decided to come back to work for Proof full time and rejoin the family in this new role which will be responsible for staffing, scheduling and many additional administrative and logistical duties for our Off-Premise division. JULIE BOSTON joins Proof of the Pudding as our newest Account Executive. Julie joins us on the heels of her position with Super Shuttle, where she honed her sales skills in the chaotic world of transportation (which can definitely be challenging in the city of Atlanta). Prior to that, Julie was the Events and Circulation Manager for Where Atlanta Magazine where she met and mingled with the Atlanta’s finest hospitality professionals. When presented with the opportunity to join the Proof of the Pudding team Julie offered that she is excited and looking forward to many successful years with this company.
